By accessing or using the VexCore HV platform and the colvex.de website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VexCore HV is a hypervisor management platform provided by Colvex Technologies. The Service allows users to manage virtual machines, containers, backups, and networking infrastructure. Features and availability may change over time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or engage in other harmful activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, logos, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Colvex Technologies. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights.

6. Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Colvex Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of the registered seat of Colvex Technologies shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is always available at colvex.de/terms.
